A deposit is required to hold your event date. Cancellations made more than 7 days before your event are non-refundable with no exceptions. All deposits are non-refundable — no exceptions, including weather, illness, or acts of God. We are happy to work with you on rescheduling subject to availability.

Lucille’s Snoballs, LLC operates as a licensed and insured mobile food service business in the State of Michigan. Proof of insurance provided upon request for qualifying venues or events.

Venue changes must be communicated at least 5 days before the event. New venues must meet all trailer access, spacing, and safety requirements. Lucille’s reserves the right to modify or cancel service in unsafe weather or hazardous conditions. Safety first — even when everyone’s craving snoballs.

We strive to provide all requested flavors. Availability may vary due to inventory, supplier limitations, or seasonal demand. Comparable substitutions will be offered when needed. The experience will always be sweet.

The event organizer agrees to maintain a safe environment for Lucille’s staff, guests, and equipment. Lucille’s reserves the right to discontinue service if safety is compromised. Intentional damage to equipment may result in financial responsibility.
